Replaced all house locks and rekeyed so everything opens with one key (amazing!) and even went as far as fixing up one of our doors that was jarring! Titan Locksmiths & Access Security have taken care of my business premises for 12 years now. From the time they changed the locks on my first small shop 12 years ago, to the times they've come out afterhours to save our bacon when we lost keys, to installing a secure registered key system for our brand new concept spa.. I've found them to be fast, professional, reasonably priced and always reliable. Despite knowing the team for over a decade, they operate our systems with full professionalism, so even if I email asking for an extra key, they don't drop the system, I still need to sign the forms etc. which gives me great reassurance that nobody else can ever just pretend it's me & get a key. This is really important when it comes to keeping your premises safe. I give them credit for making it through Covid with grace & continuing to offer the same high level of service even when things were difficult for everyone in the business community. I highly recommend this team for trusted locksmithing.

Ken was prompt in arranging a quote for me. He maintained good lines of communication and was on time. He installed a smart lock, a cavity slider lock and fixed a couple of other doors in my house. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

Ken from Titan Locksmith provided a great service, a new dead lock on the side gate, keyed alike 5 other doors and put a new lock on my broken letterbox. The service was prompt, the email, photos and detail all excellent, I would highly recommend Titan.

I have used Titan Locksmiths twice and on both occasions they have been very professional and the work has been outstanding. Ken is a perfectionist and is not satisfied until the job is done exactly how you want it. Titan should definitely be your go to locksmith if you want the job done right first time.

Titan Locksmiths were so easy to deal with. I sent an email on a Sunday asking if they stocked the Lockwood handle and deadbolt that I was after and Ken responded straight away saying he would get me a quote next day which he did. The hardware was ordered and Ken kept me informed of progress. As soon as the product arrived, we arranged installation and Ken arrived on time (with mask) and installed the hardware very professionally. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Titan.

Very helpful and fair price

It’s a bit embarrassing to have been a semi regular client of Titan (forgetting my key and all that). But their service is consistent, immediate, friendly and effective. Titan has let me know when they’ll arrive so I can use the time locked out of my place effectively (going off to the market or to have a coffee etc).

We had locks installed back in June 18 and recently had a couple of minor problems with the doors locking. Not an installation problem or lock fault but Ken came out on two occasions and has now fixed the issue. It is refreshing to find a company that will make a call out and offer assistance and not want payment even though it was offered. Kudos to Ken and Titan Locksmiths for the service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Train your driver of Toyota Hiace TL0003 on 29/11/2018 at 2PM on the Monash Freeway that you are to keep a 2 second gap, not a 0.2 second gap as he was. I have video footage of him almost in my boot for a good 2-3 minutes. If traffic came to a stop, there would have been a crash.

Watch out don't take a rest lost my keys and and got them to come out to open the door on my car said they would charge me 185 they try to deep duck 235 this company be worn at tried to rip you off also trying to take money from my credit card without my permission be worn do not have anything to do with this company or you'll be asking for problems it's your choice

Slowest and most unreliable customer service ever experienced. Multiple people have contacted the company, every single one was told that a response would be provided within a few business days, now, a week later, no response given to ANY of these people. Either there is a relaying problem within the company (phone AND email issues) or these guys simply have no professional courtesy in contacting customers as promised. Be wary of fake reviews!

Excellent service. I contacted Titan through their website and got a prompt phone call. A couple of photos sent by SMS and they had Jason out to me within an hour. Jason took every care with the work he did and I couldn't be happier. Thank you.

Few weeks ago, I asked him to unlock my front door but cannot be done. Then he tried to unlock my back door also cannot work. Finally he get in my house from my house`s window(I remember at that time one of my windows is unlock might get through) to unlock my front door from inside But charge me $130 which is the total charge to unlock one lock (but actually he did not do unlock my front door`s lock)

Fixed front door lock but did not key alike to the back door as requested before job.

Just want to say a huge thanks to Ken and Karen for their exceptional service! Working as a property manager i have dealt with many a locksmith. The crew at Titan have never let me down!
